About the Role -
We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Inside Sales Executives to join our hospital team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound patient inquiries, understanding patient requirements, and guiding them towards appropriate consultations and treatment options at our hospital.
This is an in-house hospital setup, offering direct exposure to the healthcare industry and opportunities to contribute to patient care while building a rewarding sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from cancer patients and their caregivers.
- Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information regarding hospital services and treatment options.
- Counsel and convince prospective patients to visit the hospital for OPD consultations.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with patients and families.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of patient inquiries.
- Achieve monthly OPD conversion and appointment booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high-quality patient experience throughout the communication process.
- Manage a daily call volume of 120+ calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, healthcare sales, or customer support will be preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
