The APAC Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) Strategist supports the delivery and evolution of TEK Systems Global services ID&E strategy within the Asia Pacific region. The ID&E Strategist will develop, plan, execute, and manage key programs, initiatives, and events in support of the TGS ID&E strategy that will directly impact internal employees, consultants, and clients.
This role is approximately 60% ID&E and 40% CSR.
Essential Functions:
- Represents and communicates TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) ID&E and CSR strategy aligned to overall company goals and priorities both internally and externally
- Provides subject matter expertise, strategic planning, thought leadership and partnership with TGS, ID&E, Committees, Employee resources Groups (ERG) and Corporate leadership to design and build ID&E and CSR programs that drive key business outcomes.
- Drives cultural change by leading and executing ID&E initiatives in support of TGS ability to recruit, retain and promote a high performing, diverse workforce, and to support our customers needs
- Ability to develop and facilitate ID&E specific workshops internally in an effective manner, guiding people out of their comfort zone while remaining sensitive to the learner's needs.
- Regularly measures, analyzes, and reports effectiveness of ID&E strategy-delivering ROI on efforts as well as abiding by country jurisdiction for CSR Spend.
- Partners with HR and CSR Program Manager with launch, maintenance, alignment and evaluation of CSR community partners and IDE external partnerships
- Seeks to develop self and others by identifying and providing learning and developmental opportunities.
- Responsible for understanding ID&E and CSR efforts within the Allegis Operating Companies and other organizations to provide solutions that help TGS remain best in class.
- Partner with CSR committees, HR, Admin, and Finance to support CSR initiatives which may include communicating CSR strategy, managing specific partnerships, events, and working with communications and marketing and other internal people, where appropriate.
- Act as the primary point of contact for NGO partners, ensuring strong relationships, documentation compliance, and timely follow-up on project implementation.
- Manage internal CSR operations, including preparation of the annual CSR report and maintaining accurate CSR-related financial records.
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
- BA/BS
- Must be active in managing ID&E including but not limited to leading initiatives throughout an organization, advising ERGs, councils, etc.
- Must have proven passion within community/CSR showing impact and workforce development
- Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, collaborate across functions at all levels of a complex organization, and build relationships is critical
- Must have a high level of awareness, be culturally open and sensitive with experience in formulating and implementing organizational change
- Must have facilitation experience
- Must represent TGS in a positive manner both internally and externally

Special Requirements:
- Ability to travel quarterly between Hyderabad and Bangalore offices. Available to travel annually to Philippines and/or United States.
