This position supports the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program within Xerox Cyber Security organization. The qualified candidate is responsible for building and deploying effective IAM technologies, solutions, and processes across the enterprise in collaboration with business, IT, and other Cyber Security professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
- Develop and build new application Integrations, Account and Entitlement Connectors, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) policies, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and access certification campaigns in the Saviynt IGA platform.
- Design and develop new access request forms and approval workflows in Saviynt based on business/application team needs.
- Configure Identity Analytics for periodic reporting supporting audit and compliance requirements.
- Support audit and compliance for periodic access review campaigns for business-critical applications (SOX etc.)
- Verify and ensure user's entitlement in an application/platform is appropriate based on an individual's business role and job function.
- Remediate access for the users if it is no longer required.
- Collaborate with other IAM engineers and architects on major initiatives.
- Be a strong individual contributor who improves IAM service offerings.
- Develop and maintain IAM technical documentation, code repositories, and development environments.
- Provide guidance to IAM operations team and serve as escalation point for resolving operational incidents.
- Operate as a technical subject matter expert and advise project teams regarding integration with IAM technologies.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Saviynt IGA development experience is a must for this position.
- Experience in development phase for one or more of the Saviynt components - Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity analytics, Segregation of Duties (SOD).
- Possess good knowledge on one or more of the following modules in Saviynt IAM tool: Application Onboarding (Provisioning/De-provisioning), Birthright Provisioning, Application Workflows, Analytics- Reporting Services and Delegation.
- Good knowledge in the configuring of workflows in Saviynt IAM tool. Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for the user onboarding workflows. Have involved in creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IAM tool.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and DB SQL scripting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple teams on projects.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics.
Education and Experience Required:
- B.S in computer science, information systems, information security, engineering, or related fields.
- Saviynt IGA certifications (L100, L200).
- Industry-standard security (such as CISSP) or IAM certifications would be a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of IT services with over 3 years of experience in IAM domain specializing in Saviynt IGA Implementation for various projects.
