Job Description

Job Description – SailPoint Developer (IIQ) Role Overview

Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and secure application integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors
  • Implement JML (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) and provisioning processes
  • Write Java/Beanshell code for rules and integrations
  • Build integrations using REST APIs, JDBC, web services
  • Work with SQL/PLSQL for database operations
  • Support access certifications, RBAC, and compliance
  • Provide L2/L3 support for IAM issues
  • Onboard applications into SailPoint and maintain documentation

Required Skills


  • 3–5 years in IAM/IGA development
  • Strong SailPoint IIQ experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell
  • Hands-on SQL/PLSQL
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management & APIs

Preferred


  • Exposure to Saviynt / Entra ID / AD
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust & RBAC
  • SailPoint/IAM certifications
