Develop, revise, streamline, and monitor HR policies, procedures and practices across the organization, aligned with the overall business strategy.
Establish a suitable recruitment plan and oversee execution of end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Formulate and implement a performance appraisal system that ensures unbiased reviews, motivates employees, and drives high performance.
Devise and oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost-efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent.
