Job Description
As a Senior HSE Engineer for the APAC Region, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE management systems for locations in the APAC region. Your contributions will ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintaining an effective governance program for HSE.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance for HSE for APAC regional sites
- Assist locations with developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE Management System (HSEMS)
- Ensure that newly acquired or greenfield sites are properly integrated into the HSEMS
- Monitor emerging HSE legislation and regulations
- Provide advice and assistance during HSE regulatory visits to sites in the region
- Provide oversight and participate in serious incident investigations
- Lead HSE Audits
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree with a technical, business, sustainability, social sciences or HSE focus
- At least 3 years experience in HSE, demonstrating progressive leadership in maintaining HSE Management System
- HSE compliance and systems auditing experience
