Job Description

Configure and maintain UKG modules and workflows to support core HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, compensation, workforce management, benefits and payroll.
Manage routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met.
Support system integration between UKG and other enterprise applications.
Work with P&C teams to ensure system configuration aligns with both standard business processes and collective agreement requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and user support materials.
Provide technical guidance to UKG power users and act as Tier 2/3 support for system-related issues.
