NoBrokerHood is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, the Senior HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, foster relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical to success in this role.

• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies for improvement.
• Relevant experience in high-volume hiring or technology sector recruitment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
