About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and team handling. Candidates from staffing, consultancy, or recruitment agency backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of hiring targets and closure ratios.
  • Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consultancy firm.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
