About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and team handling. Candidates from staffing, consultancy, or recruitment agency backgrounds will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets and closure ratios.
- Support and guide junior recruiters when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
