Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other innovative channels.
- Craft engaging recruiting emails and job posts to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, evaluate applications, and conduct initial interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide shortlisted candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Prepare and administer candidate assessments and skill tests as needed.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and key HR metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Handle job postings across company portals, internal referrals, and social media platforms.
- Communicate job offers, answer queries regarding compensation, and assist with onboarding formalities.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
