Sr HR Excutive (Talent acquisition)

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and strategies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
