Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized hepatology consultation and medical management for patients with liver-related conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including diagnostics, medication, and procedural interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Lead and participate in clinical research projects focusing on liver diseases and innovative treatments.
- Educate patients and their families regarding disease management, preventive measures, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- MD/MS in Gastroenterology or Hepatology
- Proven experience as a hepatologist or gastroenterologist with a focus on liver diseases
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of current hepatology research and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Preferred
- Experience with advanced hepatology procedures
- Certification in hepatology or liver transplantation
- Research publications or contributions in hepatology
