Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, and maintaining HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC, and Learn Management. Your expertise in Fusion HCM and strong functional skills will be crucial in driving support, implementations, and upgrades as needed.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your minimum 8+ years of relevant experience to successfully implement HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC, and Learn Management.
Lead and actively participate in at least 4 implementations, 4-5 upgrades, or 4-5 maintenance projects as a functional consultant in HCM Fusion.
Demonstrate proficiency in Fusion HCM, specifically in Core HR, Absence, Bi / OTBI Reports, OTL, and Talent Suite.
Drive support, implementations, and upgrades when required, ensuring successful project execution.
Manage stakeholders and effectively communicate with customers to ensure their requirements are met.
Leverage your global implementation, upgrade, and support experiences to deliver high-quality results.
Possess a solid understanding of HRMS landscape, including Core HR, Fast formula, PMS, and Talent.
Demonstrate knowledge of business processes and familiarity with AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
Provide support to teams and assist in their professional development.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, going the extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
Work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
Possess a strong blend of technical and functional skills, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing and working with Oracle HCM modules, specifically in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC, and Learn Management.
Proven track record in at least 4 implementations or 4-5 upgrades or 4-5 maintenance projects in HCM Fusion as a lead or functional consultant.
Strong functional skills in Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Absence, Bi / OTBI Reports, OTL, and Talent Suite.
Experience in stakeholder management and effective customer communication.
Familiarity with global implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
In-depth knowledge of HRMS landscape, including Core HR, Fast formula, PMS, and Talent.
Proficiency in AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution and understanding of business processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in delivering high-quality results.
