Job Description
- Provide desktop support and maintenance for hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policy, permissions) and user access controls.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components as necessary.
- Set up and configure new hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
- Assist with networking issues, including wired and wireless connections.
- Perform system backups, recovery, and user data migrations.
- Maintain asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and improve security protocols and systems.
- Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and common issues in knowledge base articles.
