Position Summary:

The Presentation Specialist Graphic Designer Global Operations is responsible for crafting visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations that communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and brand-consistent manner. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams within Global Operations and with other divisions such as marketing, strategy, communications and executive leadershipto support internal and external communications for Global Operations through high-impact slide decks and visual storytelling.

Materials created by you will be used for various purposes, including executive meetings, stakeholder meetings, internal communications, and Global Operations meetings. You will collaborate with the Global Operations leadership team and executive team to ensure that all presentations follow brand guidelines and communicate key messages clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, and other presentation software.
• Create custom graphics, charts, illustrations, and animations using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate complex data into digestible visuals and clear insights to help the leadership deliver strategic messages.
• Leverage Copilot for PowerPoint and M365 Copilot Studio to automate layout and content generation.
• Collaborate with Global Operations leadership and other team members to understand project requirements, audience needs, messaging priorities, and objectives.
• Be quick to assess requirements and revise presentations based on feedback.
• Ensure all presentations are visually consistent and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in presentation design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven 3 years of experience as a Presentation Specialist in a global enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, visual storytelling, and automation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, layout design, and storytelling principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with AI-powered design tools and agentic assistants like Copilot, Tome, and Beautiful.ai is a plus
• Experience of working with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
