Job Title: UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can design visually appealing digital assets and convert designs into responsive web layouts. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Convert PSD designs into responsive HTML templates
- Create logos, illustrations, and branding materials
- Develop visually appealing layouts using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
- Ensure designs follow responsive and modern UI standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Eligibility Criteria / Required Skills
UI & Front-End Skills
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Strong understanding of responsive design methodologies
- Experience in PSD to HTML conversion
- Knowledge of web and mobile application design standards
Graphic & Visual Design Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Illustration
- Good understanding and application of Typography
- Ability to create strong visual branding elements
- High creativity with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 4 years of experience in Graphic/UI/UX Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Portfolio of work demonstrating design and branding expertise
