Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 junior designers, providing guidance,

mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design execution

across various projects.

Creative Execution: Design visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a range of

marketing materials, including but not limited to digital assets, print materials, social

media content, and website design.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,

content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive design strategies and alignment with

brand identity. Also, but not limited to Vendors, internal team coordination and

coordination with the warehouse staff.

Colour Theory: Utilize your strong knowledge of colour theory to create visually

striking, harmonious, and effective designs.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through

completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients expectations are exceeded.

Clear Communication: Articulate design concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally

and visually, ensuring clarity with clients and internal teams.

Product-Based Experience: Apply design principles in the context of a product-based

organization, understanding the nuances of product design, user experience, and

branding.

Expiration and expansion: advise the management in terms of new software which

can be used to enhance working and productivity of the design team. Brainstorm and

come up with effective designing ideas from time to time.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that

demonstrates your range, creativity, and proficiency in design tools.

Product-Based Experience: Prior experience working in a product-based

organization, with an understanding of product design, user experience, and how to

visually communicate the value of a product.

Design Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

other design tools. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.

Colour Knowledge: Strong understanding of colour theory and its application in

design.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a small team of

designers, offering guidance, feedback, and fostering a creative and productive

environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to

clearly present ideas and feedback.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in design work, ensuring

consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design expertise and creativity.
