Duties and responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
- Lead and manage the Graphic Design team across ongoing projects and campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute creatives for marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members while maintaining collaborative workflows.
- Create design checklists, SOPs, workflows, and project roadmaps for the team.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design banners, social media creatives, website assets, marketing collaterals, presentations, catalogues, and print creatives.
- Develop logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand identity assets.
- Edit and enhance images, website creatives, and digital content with strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Create print-ready artworks as per national and international print standards.
Motion Graphics & Video
- Create and edit motion graphics, reels, promotional videos, and multimedia content for digital and social platforms.
- Edit video and visual content for campaigns, advertisements, website, and brand communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visual storytelling assets.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Content.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates with transparency and accountability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Present creative ideas, concepts, and innovative solutions for new initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, marketplace, branding, and motion/video projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Professional work ethic, ownership mindset, and calm attitude under pressure.
- Preferred: Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from reputed institutes such as National Institute of Fashion Technology or equivalent.
