About The Opportunity

A fast-paced creative marketing agency in India, we partner with brands to craft visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement, build identity, and convert audiences. We blend strategy with aesthetic excellence—delivering branded assets across digital, print, and experiential platforms for national and global clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for high-impact marketing campaigns—from concept to final asset delivery.
Create visually stunning brand assets: social media visuals, landing pages, email templates, and print collaterals.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to align visual identity with campaign goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent brand guidelines and on-time delivery.
Optimize designs for platform-specific requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, email, etc.) and audience behavior.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving studio design standards and workflow efficiency.
