Sr Govt Relations Manager COMPANY: Medical Network Private Limited LOCATION: New Delhi, Delhi JOB SUMMARY Medical Network Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sr Govt Relations Manager to drive government and PSU business development, healthcare projects, strategic partnerships, and business acquisition . The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with senior government and institutional stakeholders and be willing to travel extensively across India. JOB DETAILS: Gender: Both Genders Allowed Age: 27–50 Years Education: Graduate English: Intermediate English Experience: Minimum 5 Years Shift: Day | Full Time Travel: Extensive travel across India required SKILLS REQUIRED: Government & PSU Relations Business Development & Client Acquisition Healthcare Project Development Digital Technology Projects Stakeholder & Client Management Strategic Planning & Business Development Proposal, Presentation & Business Plan Preparation Communication & Negotiation Skills Project Management & Coordination Government Project & Institutional Sales Market Research & Opportunity Identification KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain relationships with Central & State Government departments, PSUs, and public-sector organizations . Identify and secure new business opportunities and project funding.
Drive business development for healthcare and digital technology projects . Prepare project proposals, concept notes, presentations, business plans, and strategic documents. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.
Develop marketing, outreach, and stakeholder-engagement strategies for government initiatives. Represent the company in government meetings, client discussions, conferences, and industry forums. Manage business acquisition activities and build long-term institutional relationships.
Support project development and end-to-end coordination of key assignments. Conduct market research and identify new government and institutional opportunities. Travel extensively across India for business development, stakeholder meetings, and project implementation .
Independently manage complex assignments while maintaining quality and confidentiality. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: Experienced professional with 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, government relations, consulting, project management, healthcare projects, or public-sector engagement. Strong experience in dealing with government departments, PSUs, or institutional clients will be preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to confidently interact with senior government and institutional stakeholders . Strong strategic thinking, ownership, and problem-solving abilities. Willing to travel extensively across India.
Graduate or postgraduate candidate with a professional and mature approach.
