Responsibilities
- Own one or more services in their entirety.
- Drive the overall project and team to ensure delivery within defined timelines.
- Mentor and guide the team on development best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a backend developer.
- Good analytical and algorithmic capability.
- 1+ years of experience in Golang.
- Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores.
- Experience with any of the major public cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Clear understanding of Git.
- Penchant for good programming practices, TDD, etc.
Nice To Have
- Contributed to open source projects.
- Experience with UI frameworks like React.
- Hands-on experience working with message queues like Kafka, EventHub, etc.
- Mentoring/team management experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to more than 1 cloud provider.
- A valid US business visa.
