Sr GMS Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Drive execution of regional Global Mobility Services (GMS) programs and align with global standards.
• Implement and support Project Assignment Mobility (PAM) strategies across regions and projects.
• Ensure legal, tax, payroll, and immigration compliance for all mobility cases.
• Manage vendor relationships and measure mobility service performance via metrics and customer feedback.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational mobility guidance to HR, business, and regional leaders.
• Coordinate and align mobility practices across high-growth regions and business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure compliant and cost-effective assignments.
• Monitor and report GMS performance, identify improvement areas using data and VOC.
