Job Description
- Drive market growth and member acquisition across startups, SMBs, and large enterprises by executing high-impact sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, real estate heads, and business leaders to position workspace solutions as a growth enabler.
- Lead and scale a high-performing city revenue team, providing coaching, support, and resources to consistently meet performance metrics and close complex deals.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management, team collaboration, and cross-functional coordination with internal departments.
- Stay ahead of market dynamics by tracking trends, competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and representing the brand at industry events and networking forums.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with 12+ years of experience, preferably in commercial real estate, coworking, or capital markets, and a history of exceeding targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, paired with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage long sales cycles, and deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience, with the ability to lead under pressure, manage conflict, and foster a results-driven, collaborative team culture.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM/SaaS sales tools and a self-starter mindset focused on execution and impact.
