Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Direct and coordinate all activities related to the execution of construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, addressing any deviations or challenges effectively.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation to senior management.
- Drive innovation and best practices in construction techniques and project management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- 18–20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and legal compliance.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
