Role: Sr Fusion SCM Lead Consultant
Experience: Min 9-10 or more Years Exp in SCM Implementation and Support. (6-7 Years Fusion Exp mandatory)
Location: Hybrid (Whitefield, Bangalore) (WFO)

Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, , Supplier Management, Sourcing, Cost Management,Pricing, Accounting.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management and Cost Management.
- Competency required out 10, Order management (>9), Inventory Management (>9), Integrations and design capability (>8), SQL/Reports/API calls (>7), Redwood (>6), Purchasing (>7), PDH (>7), Sourcing (>5),SSP (>7), Demand and Supply planning (>5),Costing (>8)
- Very Strong Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and 3rd Party products.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics
- Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics. Have an understanding of the API's and how to call them. Should have redwood implementation experience. Should have implemented 2-3 Complex Integrations involving OIC, 3rd part Service Provider, and Oracle Fusion.
- Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Train the team and guide them .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
- Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
