6–9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions – IBP/Supply Planning (Mandatory).

Experience in at least one end-to-end o9 IBP implementation.

Experience with o9 Data Models, Datasets, APIs, ETL, Data Mapping, and System Integrations.

Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting; Python knowledge is preferred.

Ability to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and client workshops.

Strong analytical, communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
