Sr.Functional Analyst (ISG)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into LabVantage solutions.
• Configure and optimize LabVantage workflows, modules, and integrations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Define integration requirements with enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Drive master data governance, reporting accuracy, and process standardization.
• Develop training materials and guide users on LabVantage best practices.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in LabVantage configuration, workflow design, and support.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with integrated enterprise systems (ERP/MES/Supply Chain tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements documentation, testing, and user training.
