Job Summary
The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our retail systems focusing on NCR technologies. With a hybrid work model this position requires expertise in Rabbit MQ NCR Advanced Store NCR Retalix R8 R10 and NCR Emerald Platform. The candidate will contribute to optimizing POS systems and improving merchandising processes ensuring seamless operations and a positive impact on our retail business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of retail system solutions using NCR technologies to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of NCR Advanced Store and NCR Retalix R8 R10 systems to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical expertise in Rabbit MQ to facilitate efficient communication between various retail system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the NCR Emerald Platform for enhanced performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of POS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
