  • Drive the timely resolution of defects during testing cycles, hypercare, and critical incidents.
  • Support Run & Maintain teams in resolving production issues and participating in operational review meetings.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, supportable, and documented in line with CAB and IT governance requirements.
  • Recommend and implement functional enhancements to continuously improve existing solutions.
  • Maintain deep functional expertise in assigned SAP modules and how they enable business processes.
  • Ensure all changes are thoroughly documented and compliant with Group and Upstream IT standards and processes.

What You Bring

  • 912 years of overall experience, including 5+ years specializing in SAP Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) and Project System (PS), with handson experience in SAP Investment Management, HR, and Finance modules.
  • Minimum of 2 endtoend SAP implementations, encompassing handson solution design and configuration (profiles with predominantly support/testing experience will not be suitable).
  • Strong expertise in SAP PS integration with PM, HR, FI, CO, MM, SD, and BW.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP PS integration with SAP PPM and Commercial Project Management (CPM).
  • Solid understanding of SAP Project System processes related to Finance and HR (e.g., Asset Accounting, CATS Time Writing).
  • Practical experience working with ABAP objects (tables, function modules, IDocs), batch job management, BI/BW reports, Fiori timewriting applications, and query development.
  • SAP certifications in PS, EPPM, or SAP S/4HANA (Cloud or onPremise) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with industrystandard solutions such as Concur, Ariba, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proven ability to lead design workshops to map business requirements across EPPM, PS, and Investment Management.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and fulfilling business expectations.
  • Active involvement in project phases including preparation, conceptualization, realization, and GoLive.
  • Ability to configure and document software solutions and business processes using defined standards and tools.
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies and process design reviews.
  • Capability to analyze and map business requirements, processes, and objectives, and recommend product modifications where necessary.
  • Good understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing business processes.
  • Ability to capture and translate business problems, value drivers, and functional/nonfunctional requirements considering health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability impacts.
  • Skilled in assessing and modeling processes, data flows, and technology landscapes to identify value opportunities and improvement areas.
