Sr. Fullstack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Django and Python for robust backend development, and React for creating intuitive front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
• Design and implement efficient APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and active debugging.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Contribute to architectural and design discussions, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance development processes.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript programming best practices.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on experience developing, building, and deploying web services using Django.
• Experience developing, building, and deploying web applications with React components.
• Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL and Redis, including schema design and optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
