Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling modern web applications while contributing to architecture, performance, and best development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Build front-end solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services using Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and REST APIs.

• Work with MongoDB, SQL, Redis, and Kafka to build reliable, high-performance systems.

• Participate in code reviews and promote best coding practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, MongoDB, and SQL.

• Familiarity with NestJS, Redis, Kafka, and Jest.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Lending domains.

• Experience with Next.js.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
