Project Role: Sr. Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React), Agentic AI

Work Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Work location: Kochi

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 Days WFO in a Week

Must Have :Node 5 yrs, React 5 yrs And minimal AI orchestration exp is Mandate

Job Overview

Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience. Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

Essential Functions

• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and specialized business experience.

• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.

• Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within general parameters under regular supervision.

• Supports and often lead projects within own organization with limited complexity, including the development of medium size system components.

• Has strong and broad understanding of quality standards and work requires minimal revision.

• Reviews complex functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.

• Provides peer support and helps new Software Engineers on board to the team.

• Design and implement multi-agent systems with Supervisor-Orchestrator patterns.

• Experience in Developing specialized AI agents for planning, reasoning, validation, execution, monitoring, and escalation.

• Build goal-driven workflows where agents can plan, delegate, observe, learn, and optimize actions.

• Define state management and orchestration frameworks using LangGraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Req Or

• 5 years prior related experience in developing web applications, graduate experience.

• Experience with Python, React, Node JS.,

• Ability to write clean code

• History of successfully designing small to medium system components

• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail

• Technical/functional expertise

• Communication, Decision making, Customer focus, Conflict management, Energy, motivation and work rate.

• Implement RAG-based knowledge retrieval frameworks.

• Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms.

• Knowledge of MCP ecosystem and AI tool orchestration is a must have

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
