About the Role:
We're looking for a Team Leader with strong frontend skills and a passion for Flutter or hybrid frameworks. Your main focus will be on crafting seamless, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web platforms. While backend experience is a plus, it's not mandatory, we care most about your ability to lead, mentor, and deliver great products.
What You'll Do:
- Lead frontend initiatives with Flutter, React, Next.js, and React Native to build robust hybrid apps.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver great solutions.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and refine product features.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting them through debugging, troubleshooting, and career growth.
- Simplify complex frontend challenges, making them accessible and actionable for the team.
- Advocate for best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility.
What You Bring:
- Proven 4+ years experience as a frontend engineer or hybrid app developer, ideally with Flutter and web tech (React, Next.js, React Native).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Track record of leading frontend efforts or teams. Excellent listening skills to effectively mentor and collaborate.
- A knack for turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Backend experience (e.g., Node.js, FastAPI) is great to have, but not a mandatory requirement.

Salary: Up to 12 LPA ( Based on experience and last CTC)
