About the Team The teamis responsible forbuilding andmaintainingsystems that supportcritical workflows acrossNIUM's operationalandtransactionallifecycles. These applications power key use cases such asCompliance,Transaction Monitoring,Client and Customer Onboarding,Requests for Information (RFI),Refunds, and other essential operational processes. Operating at the intersection ofproduct, engineering, and platform teams, the group focuses on deliveringhigh-quality, user-centric, and white-labelsolutionsthat can be customized to meet diverse client needs and regulatory requirements. The team owns end-to-end development with a strong emphasis onfrontendarchitectureand user experience, building modern, performant interfaces usingNext.js and the React ecosystem, backed byrobust APIsdeveloped inSpring Boot. With a strong commitment tocode quality, reliability, and deployment excellence, the team collaborates closelywithProduct Managers, Backend Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholdersto deliver impactful features, ensure seamless system integration, andmaintainhigh engineering standards at scale. About the Role As part ofSenior Software Engineer(Full Stack FrontendFocus)inNIUMs core team,you'llhave opportunityto build andmaintainscalable, user-centric web applications that support NIUM's operational workflows. You will take ownership of feature development, contribute to API integration and frontend architecture, and helpmaintainhigh standardsfor code quality, testing, performance, and reliable deployments. This role offers strong technical ownership, the opportunity to make a real impact on user-facing systems, and to influence engineering best practices across the team.
