Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain all network components, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Implement and enforce enterprise network and telephony standards to maintain consistency and high availability.
  • Participate in network-related projects, providing the successful integration of solutions.
  • Maintain network integrity and high availability to meet business requirements and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents promptly, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of network-related issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on network equipment, including routine inspections, firmware updates, and performance optimization.
  • Manage remote network operations and oversee secure access controls.
  • Expert knowledge and significant experience with networking technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN, are preferred.
  • Stay updated with the latest networking trends, emerging technologies, and best practices from Fortinet to enhance infrastructure security and efficiency.
