At Quantum Leap Learning Solutions, we build tech products and platforms powering high-impact ecosystems for business owners and creators across India.

We're hiring a Senior Flutter Developer with solid MERN stack depth (Node.js & React are mandatory) to join our core engineering team in Bangalore.

What you'll build & lead:

0-to-1 Architecture: Architect, build, and scale high-performance cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart from scratch.
Full-Stack Synergy: Work seamlessly across the MERN stack, building responsive web interfaces in React and scalable APIs/microservices in Node.js.
Performance & Polish: Run time profiling, squash memory leaks, and optimize state management (BLOC / Provider).
Integrations & Pipelines: Connect clean RESTful APIs, manage third-party SDKs, and streamline CI/CD deployment pipelines.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on mobile development experience with Flutter.
Core Mobile Stack: Deep proficiency in Flutter, Dart, state management architectures, and app profiling.
Mandatory Web/Frontend/Backend Skills: Proven, hands-on production experience with Node.js and React.js (MERN).
Engineering Standards: Clean code practices, CI/CD familiarity, and automated testing/TDD mindset.

Location: Bangalore (On-site)
