Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Firmware Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in embedded firmware development and new product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining firmware solutions for embedded systems while collaborating closely with hardware and product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C.
• Work with PIC and ARM microcontrollers for product development.
• Design and implement solutions using RTOS and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, RS232, and TCP/IP.
• Perform system-level testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of embedded systems.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for seamless hardware-software integration.
• Support HMI development and embedded product enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with product quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the complete product development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Embedded C Programming.
• Hands-on expertise with PIC/ARM Microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of RTOS, embedded system architecture, and debugging tools.
• Experience with communication protocols: SPI, I2C, RS232, TCP/IP.
• Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HMI Development.
• Exposure to compliance-driven embedded product design.
• Experience in new product development and system validation.
