Job Description

is expected to be an individual with strong accounting foundations and skills and should be flexible and able to shift gears when priorities and workloads change.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of transactions.
  • Perform monthly financial statement reconciliations.
  • Support in preparation of schedules for Financial Statements and coordination with External auditors.
  • Perform Bills Review and ensure correct accounting & tagging of bills.
  • Calculation and accounting of Direct costs & Rebate.
  • Support in monthly book close.
  • Allocation of Overhead expenses.
  • Performing Inter-Company transactions recordings and reconciliations.
  • Assist in Preparing monthly cash forecast.
  • Perform ad hoc analytics on large/diverse datasets using various tools and techniques.
  • Compliances for SEZ, GST, TDS and Labor law's requirements.
  • Payroll verification, reconciliations and processing.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Experience

  • Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of overall experience with 1 - 2 years of work experience in Big Four in Audit division or in Industry with a similar role.
  • Technology expertise (i.e., advanced MS Office suite)
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to go beyond what is required to get the job done.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Experience with NetSuite will be an added advantage.
