Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing the Global T&E program in over 70+ countries.

Portfolio ownership of Global Expense System (Concur) and Corporate card program

Responsible for deploying and administering the standard T&E suite of services (common tools, process and platforms across Solstice)

Manage the global T&E Operations, VAT reclaim, regional stat requirements, system design and controls

Demonstrate thoughtful leadership through balanced decisions. Set clear objectives, metrics, and practical action plans that drive business results.

Communicate and drive a clear vision and strategy for achieving business results.

Identify and drive cost optimization, productivity, standardization and transformation initiatives.

Competencies

Specific knowledge, skills and experience needed to successfully undertake duties of the job

Education and Certifications Graduate/ Post-graduate or equivalent in finance or business administration or Engineering

Required Experiences 8+ years of overall finance experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in having direct responsibility for deploying and managing global T&E systems and processes

Experience in managing large operational and functional teams in a global environment

Experience in operations planning, setting goals & objectives that drives the Org in the right direction

Knowledge and Skills

Critical

Good knowledge of finance and accounting streams

Good understanding of T&E systems and processes

Excellent business communication & analytical skills

Preferable

Strong people management skills

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Highly customer-oriented with the drive to go the extra mile.

Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions

Flexibility to work shifts & exposure to Global Customers
