Sr.Finance Manager

Please find below the job description:

Identifying a suitable pool of assets (such as Business Installment Loans, Commercial Credit, Loan Against Property and personal loans) for securitization transactions like DA / PTC / ARC.

Coordinating with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk) as well as with investors and trustees to ensure smooth execution and closure of transactions.

Addressing investor grievances and managing communication throughout the life of the transaction.

Ensuring timely collection and proper distribution of cash flows to investors according to the predetermined payment structure.

Administering payouts and providing monthly reports to investors, trustees, and regulators, offering transparency into the performance of the securitized assets.

Managing the flow of funds, ensuring timely funding of designated accounts, and providing regular, detailed reports to investors and regulators.

Monthly/Quarterly invoicing with respect to service & collection fees. Maintaining and compiling loan portfolios (PL/LAP/CC/BIL) and performance tracking for all loan products.

Collate the loan data and prepare bullet points for internal & external stakeholders, auditors and for finalization of the Balance Sheet.
