About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Finance applications analyst (Workday) with 5+ years supporting enterprise finance applications or finance operations with deep systems exposure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and workflows in a finance environment.
- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close and FP&A reporting cycles in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills (reconciliations, data lineage, root-cause analysis).
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical issues into business impact, options, and next steps.
- Experience with ticketing and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent); advanced Excel skills (SQL a plus).
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
- Experience operating in SOX-aligned or audit-aware controls for access, change management, and evidence retention.
- Experience supporting integrations between ERP, treasury, and market data tools.
- Workday, treasury systems, or Bloomberg certifications or formal training (or equivalent practical experience).
