Job Description
As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for our IMC (Industrial Measurement & Controls) business unit within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making . Your work will directly contribute to the financial success of the SBG and help drive growth and profitability for the IMC division. You will report directly to our Europe CFO and you'll work out of our Pune or Bengaluru location. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of IMC by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Transfer price compliance and updates, Perform true-ups
- Manage Inter-company recharges and reconciliations
- Partner with Regional Finance Leader (RFL) in month end close and any adhoc support needs
- Participate and drive process improvement projects
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
- Conduct variance analysis on actuals versus plan, effectively managing KPIs and delivering actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- SwissCo true-ups and support Tax optimization projects
- Support RFL in driving P&L and working capital performance
Qualifications
- Experience 5 years
- Education - Graduation (B.com, M.com, MBA finance, CA Inter)
- Proficient with ERP SAP BRP 900, FDS, HP and other Finance tools
- Understand complex business set up
- Experience with Product business and affiliate model
- Result driven and assume accountability
- ISC & Inter company experience is added advantage
- Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
- Flexible to role requirements
