We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sr Field Sales Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Own vehicle, diverse license.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
