Develop and implement BFSI-focused marketing plans aligned to regional GTM priorities, pipeline acceleration goals, and revenue targets - ensuring integration across License, Services, and US collaboration where applicable.
Partner closely with Sales leadership, Business Units, and COEs to define account priorities, industry themes, and campaign focus areas.
Own end-to-end campaign strategy including briefing, value proposition, messaging framework, content direction, and multi-touch customer journey orchestration.
Drive targeted programs for priority BFSI accounts - designing high-impact, account-centric engagement programs.
Collaborate with Partner Marketing and ecosystem teams to extend reach, scale programs, and unlock joint go-to-market opportunities.
Work in partnership with the Strategic Programs team to ensure flawless execution, while safeguarding strategic alignment and business outcomes.
Oversee program timelines, readiness to drive on-time, high-quality delivery.
Actively monitor campaign performance analyze insights and pivot tactics to improve engagement and pipeline impact.
Support flagship industry events, executive roundtables, and thought-leadership forums by driving speaker alignment, account attendance, and senior stakeholder participation across priority BFSI accounts.
Serve as the single point of contact for BFSI Sales GTM and Marketing alignment, ensuring clarity on priorities, account coverage, and progression strategy.
Drive strong cadence with Sales to track account engagement, campaign follow-ups, and opportunity acceleration.
Communicate program outcomes, insights, and success stories to senior business leaders, reinforcing marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
