Job Description

Plan, organize, and oversee daily field activities to achieve business objectives.
Supervise and guide field staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress or service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and vendors.
Collect and report on market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for smooth execution of field tasks.
Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical problems as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during field operations.
Prepare detailed field reports and present findings to management.
Train and mentor junior field executives or new team members.
