Role Description As a Sr. Fashion Consultant at Mulmul, you will be the primary style expert and brand ambassador for customers visiting our store in Chandigarh. In this full-time, on-site role, provide personalized styling advice aligned with Mulmul's aesthetic and product range. You will guide customers through collections, recommend outfits for daily wear and special occasions, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong product knowledge, coordinating looks and accessories, managing fitting room experiences, and supporting in-store merchandising and visual displays.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion consulting and styling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and curate looks that reflect Mulmul's brand.
• Solid product knowledge and a keen interest in Indian ethnic wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, actively listen, and provide clear, confident recommendations.
• Proven customer service and sales skills, with experience supporting or exceeding store sales targets.
• Prior experience as a fashion consultant, stylist, or in premium apparel retail is highly desirable.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.
• Educational background in fashion, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
