Job Description

As a Sr Facilities Management Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Honeywell's facilities. You are responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies, and optimizing facility performance. You will provide strategic leadership, develop and execute plans to enhance facility operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facilities management with business objectives.

In this role, you will optimize facility resources, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that facility needs are met and aligning facility management strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure facilities remain wellmaintained and operational
  • Monitor the condition and functionality of facility assets, coordinating repairs, replacements, or upgrades as needed
  • Ensure facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, addressing compliance issues proactively
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, monitoring their work to ensure it meets established standards and budget
  • Implement energysaving and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs and minimize the environmental footprint
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance performance evaluations to maintain and improve facility standards
  • Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans for facilityrelated incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and provide updates on maintenance activities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices and industry trends
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
