Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Act as single point of contact for IFM function within the city or cluster of sites.
  • Provide leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with GREF leadership team to establish delivery strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and best-in-class service.
  • Establish annual goals for the IFM function aligned with client global, regional, and local objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed understanding of client business and IFM requirements.
  • Manage relationships with all key GREF stakeholders and functional leads for efficient service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall customer experience at all IFM touchpoints.

Governance & Performance Management:

  • Establish robust business governance processes including regular business reviews with GREF leadership.
  • Monitor and drive achievement of business targets, including revenue, expenses, budget management, debtor targets, savings targets, KPIs, and performance.
  • Lead teams to implement raising the bar initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Financial & Operational Management:

  • Operate as business manager responsible for overall budget management, including operational and capital budgets for the IFM function.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed business objectives across all sites under responsibility.
