Responsibility
- Overall coordination of renewable consultancy assignments
- Customer retention as per deliver service excellence to meet client satisfaction and retention targets.
- Improve Operational sales for renewable consultancy
- Oversee renewable consultancy assignments across wind, and hybrid projects.
- Lead and mentor renewable execution team for day-to-day project related activities on engineering, design, site management, inspection activities to achieve desired operational excellence
- Attend & lead all technical meetings with the primary technical liaison to address and resolve client concerns, if any.
- Establish and enforce best practices in renewable project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor overall freelancers to achieve desired quality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
Education And Experience
B E/B-Tech-Electrical/Mechanical + MTech-Energy
6-10+yrs of experience Wind Energy / Renewable Energy
