Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including drafting JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and headhunting.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for current and future hiring needs.
Onboarding & Induction
Support the employee onboarding process and conduct induction sessions for new hires.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications & Skill Set
Graduate in any stream (Post-graduation in HR preferred).
3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, with exposure to mid-level to leadership hiring in US Healthcare RCM either in Medical Coding or Medical Billing
Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
